Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fandom Tokyo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from pet hair, smoke, or fragrance.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
